Pantheon Road - Egmore
Pantheon Road in Egmore has become my daily way to my office since I joined Bluelotus. My office is located directly opposite to Government Museum on the same road and is perfectly a known landmark for my friends to locate easily. The Museum hosts one of the oldest library in the country - Connemera Library - where I was busy in searching books for my research during final semester. And luckily I got a job opposite to it from where I can view the library just peeping out from the office window. I usually walk on the pavement along the wall of the library on my way to office. Though I have hardly thrown a glimpse of the wall (built by British, I guess) while walking, I was shocked when these walls were demolished for renovation works. This could be a good move by the authority for an attempt to improve the view of the museum but I doubt whether these modern day constructors can replace the true look of the walls boasted for years. If they had taken care of the walls periodically it won't attained such stage that could affect its view.
